Product Information
About Our Products
All products sold on this website are designed and manufactured in-house using FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printing technology. Each part is produced individually or in small batches, so please read the information below before you order.
Materials
Our parts are printed in PETG, ASA and ABS, chosen for their durability, impact resistance, and suitability for the interior temperature ranges found inside a vehicle cabin. Material specifics are listed on each individual product page.
Fitment & Compatibility
Our products are designed as aftermarket, drop-in replacements or upgrades for specific Volkswagen T5 and T6 interior components. Each product listing states the exact model years and trim compatibility.
-
These are aftermarket parts. We are an independent design and manufacturing business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Volkswagen Group.
-
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their specific vehicle model, year, and trim using the fitment information provided on the product page before ordering.
-
If you're unsure whether a part fits your van, contact us before purchasing, we're happy to check.
Manufacturing Variances
As all parts are 3D printed rather than injection moulded, minor cosmetic variances are a normal and expected part of the process, and are not considered faults. These include:
-
Fine layer lines, visible under close inspection or angled light
-
Slight variation in colour or finish between production batches
-
Minor differences in surface texture compared to product photography
These variances do not affect the fit, strength, or function of the part. If you receive an item with a genuine defect, such as a crack, layer separation/delamination, warping that prevents correct fitment, or a broken mechanism, this is covered under our faulty goods policy found here.
Care Instructions
-
Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the printed surface.
-
Avoid prolonged direct exposure to extreme heat.
-
Handle spring-loaded or clip-in mechanisms gently when installing or removing, do not force a part that doesn't slot in easily, as this may indicate it needs realigning or something is in the slot, rather than needing to press harder.
